Founded in 1993, PCF has raised more than $780 million and provided funding to more than 2,000 research programs at more than 210 cancer centers and universities. Molecular Photos Pledges Support to the Prostate Cancer Foundation to Fight Prostate Cancer with Art
Austin, TX, June 13, 2019 — Molecular Photos, an organization that supports cancer research through artwork created from molecular images of cancer, is announcing a new campaign in support of the Prostate Cancer Foundation (PCF), the world's leading philanthropic organization funding and accelerating prostate cancer research.
“We are excited to support the Prostate Cancer Foundation and help further prostate cancer research,” said Michael Willoughby, the founder of Molecular Photos. “Our foundation relationships are invaluable in the pursuit of our mission to fight cancer with art.”
Molecular Photos will raise money for prostate cancer research, donating up to 10% of the sales price from all Molecular Photos artwork depicting prostate cancer cells to PCF. “As we continue to work toward our mission of defeating prostate cancer, we are grateful for companies like Molecular Photos that are helping us accelerate the science to cure the disease” said Oliver Freund, Director of Corporate Development & Community Management at PCF.
